4 Who is the recipient of the data?

Mobilize Pay S.A.S is a subsidiary of RCI Banque S.A. As a global organization with offices and business operations around the world, the Personal Data we collect may be transferred or accessible between Mobilize Pay S.A.S and all the RCI Banque S.A. offices entrusted with the implementation of the Testing Phase.These transfers within RCI Banque S.A. global operations will be in accordance with applicable data protection laws as well as our mandatory internal data protection rules. 6. How long is the data stored?

The data we have stored about you will be kept until you unsubscribe from the mailing list and are removed, and in any case immediately if you exercise your right to object and the purpose for which the data was stored no longer exists.We reserve the right to delete or block e-mail addresses as well as the names from our mailing list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
